Nestfare is a group trip planning product currently in private beta. This policy explains what information is handled on this website and, for invited beta participants, in the Nestfare app. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
This website
- The public website is informational. It has no sign-up form, account system, or payment collection.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply to you.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Private beta participants
If you're invited to the private beta, the app may store:
- Your name and email address, and the trips you create or are invited to, including itinerary items, votes, and who paid for a booking.
- The names of credit cards and loyalty programs you choose to add, so Nestfare can suggest which group member should book something.
Nestfare does not ask for credit card numbers, security codes, bank logins, or passwords for any card or loyalty program.
How we use information
- To run the product: build shared itineraries and compare group members' cards for each booking.
- To respond to questions, feedback, and beta requests.
- We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services and affiliate links
- Nestfare links out to travel partners such as Booking.com and Viator. We may earn a commission if you book through those links, at no extra cost to you. When you click through, those partners set their own cookies and handle your booking under their own privacy policies.
- Nestfare uses third-party data providers for travel listings and credit card reward information. Bookings and payments are completed on the partner's site, not in Nestfare.
- Card and loyalty program names shown on this site are illustrative. Nestfare is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any card issuer or loyalty program.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing the address below. Beta participants can also ask us to remove their account and trip data at any time.
Changes to this policy
As Nestfare grows beyond private beta, this policy will be updated and the date above will change.
